采用声发射技术研究不同硫酸盐侵蚀程度下砂浆的单轴压缩应力-应变全过程,分析砂浆受硫酸盐侵蚀后的力学性能退化规律,不同侵蚀期下各水灰比砂浆产生声发射信号的特点,声发射撞击数与相对应力水平的关系。发现侵蚀期越长的试件Hits数值较小,同等应力水平下水灰比小的试块声发射信号更加显著;随着侵蚀期增加声发射撞击数减少,表明硫酸盐侵蚀使声发射活性降低;水灰比大的试块在加载初期声发射活性增加明显,随后较水灰比小的增加缓慢。
Acoustic emission technique was used to study the whole process of uniaxial compressive stress-strain of mortar under different sulfate attack degree. The degradation of mortar after mechanical erosion was analyzed. The characteristics of acoustic emission signals of mortar at different erosion periods were compared , The relationship between acoustic emission impact number and relative stress level. It is found that the longer the erosion period is, the smaller the Hits value is, and the smaller the water-cement ratio is, the smaller the acoustic emission signal is. With the increase of the erosion period, the number of acoustic emission shocks decreases, indicating that the sulfate emission reduces the acoustic emission activity. In the early stage of loading, the acoustic emission activity of the test piece with large water-cement ratio increased obviously, then it was slower than that of the water-cement ratio.
