在进入二十一世纪的新形势下,如何加强和改进思想政治工作?本文试就此作粗浅探讨。(一)要把思想政治工作摆上应有的位置。邓小平同志明确指出,全党都应注意防止埋头经济工作,忽视思想政治工作的倾向,要切实把思想政治工作放在一个重要的位置上,只能做好,不能放松。因此,我们要自上而下切实把思想政治工作摆上议事日程,努力探索思想政治工作新机制,扩大思想政治工作的覆盖面,从根本上解决思想政治工作落到实处落到基层的问题。在公路系统中形成重视而不是轻视思想政治工作的大环境、大气候。在全体职工中树立起一种主导、向上的、权威的理想追求和信念,建立起党政工团齐抓共管的思想教育网络体系,从组织上,制度上“强化”思想政治工作。
How to strengthen and improve ideological and political work in the new situation of the 21st century? (I) Put ideological and political work in due position. Comrade Deng Xiaoping clearly pointed out: All the party should pay attention to preventing economic work that is hard at work and neglect the tendency of ideological and political work. We must earnestly place ideological and political work in an important position and can only do well and can not relax. Therefore, we must earnestly put the ideological and political work on the agenda from top to bottom, work hard to explore a new mechanism for ideological and political work, expand the coverage of ideological and political work, and fundamentally solve the problem that ideological and political work should fall to the grassroots level when it is actually implemented. Form the emphasis in the highway system instead of despising the great environment and climate of ideological and political work. Establish a kind of ideals and dominance which is dominating, progressive and authoritative among all staff and workers and establish a network system of ideological education that the Party and government work together to bring about total control. They should organize and institutionalize the ideological and political work systematically.
