细胞内的某些细胞器含有较高浓度的Ca~(2+),被称之为细胞内钙库。而细胞的不少活动有赖于钙库释放钙。本研究项目目的在于探讨心房特殊颗粒释放心房肽是否也与其钙的释放有关。为此必须首先了解心房特殊颗粒是否含有高浓度钙。本工作应用x射线显微定量分析技术及Ca~(2+)——ATP酶细胞化学技术进行研究,证实心房特殊颗粒中含有高浓度钙。材料和方法:用成年Spragul Dawfey大鼠,心房样品按以下几种方法制备:1)常规超薄切片制备法;2)磷钨酸乙醇特殊染色法<1>;3)Ca~(2+)——ATP酶细胞化学定位<2>;4)新鲜快速冷冻心房及冷冻超薄切片;5)电子探针x射线显微分析,应用link公司Quanten/FLS定量分析软件~*。结果和讨论:在磷钨酸乙醇特殊染色的切片上,不能清楚辨认心房细胞的超微结构,但能清楚识
Some of the organelles in cells contain a higher concentration of Ca 2+, which is called the intracellular calcium pool. And a lot of cellular activity depends on calcium release calcium. The purpose of this study is to investigate whether atrial granular release of atrial natriuretic peptides is also associated with calcium release.
