一、前言近年来,金属模具表面渗涂高硬度的碳化物、氮化物已愈来愈广泛,这种方法与先前采用镀铬、渗碳、氮化的模具相比较其使用寿命大幅度地提高.金属模表面渗涂碳化物、氮化物有各种方法.本文介绍众所周知的由日本丰田试验所开发的用熔盐渗涂碳化物方法及渗涂后材料的特性,并着重于此法在金属冲压模上的应用效果分析.二、TD法工艺过程所谓TD法(Toyota Diffusion CoatingProcess),即丰田渗涂法.此法用一简单电炉(如图1),将硼砂和碳化物形成元素混合
