目的探讨公共场所集中空调通风系统消毒效果与卫生监督工作的提高。方法收集整理大同市23户72份集中空调通风系统样品的检测结果。结果商场(超市)合格率最低,风管内表面积尘量合格率86.11%,细菌总数合格率40.28%,真菌总数、冷却水中嗜肺军团菌、冷凝水中嗜肺军团菌均合格。结论应尽快解决无集中空调专业清洗机构、未开展卫生学评价的问题,要求不同部位或部件使用不同的消毒剂和消毒方法,消除卫生监督员对集中空调知识缺乏的现象,注重预防性卫生监督。
Objective To explore the disinfection effect and hygiene supervision of central air conditioning and ventilation system in public places. Methods The test results of 72 samples of central air conditioning and ventilation system in 23 households in Datong City were collected and analyzed. Results The lowest passing rate of shopping malls (supermarkets) was 86.11% of the dust on the inner surface of the duct, and the pass rate of bacteria was 40.28%. The total number of fungi, Legionella pneumophila in cooling water and Legionella pneumophila in the condensate were all qualified. Conclusions As soon as possible, the problem of non-centralized air-conditioning cleaning institutions should be solved and hygienic evaluation should not be carried out. Different disinfectants and disinfecting methods should be used for different parts or components to eliminate the lack of knowledge of central air conditioners by hygienists and pay attention to preventive hygienic supervision .
