参加了一次新闻学年会去年11月,我应邀去日本作短期访问。到达后的第三天,正值日本新闻学会在东京附近开年会,听说我在东京,特请我去列席。我也正想了解一下日本新闻学界活动的情况,就欣然同意了。所谓年会,其实是学术论文的宣读和研讨会,日本新闻学界称之为研究发表会。这种会起始于1951年。此后,除特殊情况外,一年开两次。春季的一次多数在东京市区内开,秋季的一次则多数安排在东京郊区开。这一次召开的是秋季年会,会场设在神奈川县湘南台的文教大学,地处东京都的南缘,虽然距离市区较远,但因交通方便,从新宿坐一个小时的国铁,再换乘20分钟的公共汽 Participated in an annual journalism conference In November last year, I was invited to Japan for a short visit.
