“订单式”人才培养模式指是目前高职院校比较有效的人才培养模式。本文采用层次分析法(AHP),构建针对高职院校、合作企业、订单班学生、包括政府和行业在内的四维满意度评价体系,为校企合作的评价体系提供参考;同时,采用AHP评价模型,探求高职院校订单式人才培养的创新路径,用以提升高职院校订单培养的实践效果。
“Order ” personnel training mode refers to the current more efficient vocational training model personnel. In this paper, AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) is used to build a four-dimensional satisfaction evaluation system for higher vocational colleges, cooperative enterprises, order-book students, including government and industry, and to provide reference for the evaluation system of school-enterprise cooperation. At the same time, Evaluation model to explore innovative ways of cultivating order-type talents in higher vocational colleges to enhance the practical effect of order cultivation in higher vocational colleges.
