By studying human nature, Marx reveals the essence of the relationship between man and nature and lays the foundation for the establishment of historical materialism. In today’s society, the contradictions between man and nature are increasingly manifesting the deteriorating human living environment. We must establish a correct world outlook and regard the harmony and unity between man and nature as an important measure of social progress.
