曲轴是汽车发动机最重要的零件之一,它的失效破坏将直接影响发动机工作的可靠性。尽管技术人员对曲轴的设计、材料及工艺给予了极大的重视,但曲轴在使用中失效的事故仍时有发生。显然,仅仅提高设计和制造的可靠度是不够的,还必须对曲轴的使用维修予以足够重视。本文根据曲轴磁力探伤时所发现的表面裂纹形状及分布的统计资料,结合在使用中断裂曲轴的宏观断面形态,对曲轴因使用维修不当而产生疲劳失效
