This article from the perspective of post-colonial theory, a brief analysis of Langston Hughes’s poetry. Hughes’s poetry describes the living conditions of African Americans, denouncing racial discrimination. His work transcends simple racial rivalry, explores in depth the racial identity of African Americans, and promotes racial equality and multiculturalism.
