本文从南方红镶丘陵区619个县市可再生资源结构分析入手,通过Weaver组合,指数计算与相应的土地开发经济评价,用GIS技术,揭示了本区土地现状利用的组合类型与经营特征;经对光、温、水、土、生等自然资源几个主要生产力指标的数值分析与区域对比,评估了本区自然生产潜力、耕地粮食生产、生物产品贡献等方面在全国的战略地位、潜力优势、开发效益;最后结合农村十大产业经济的现今演变特征与今后发展趋势,就本区同新型产业体系相对应的自然资源协调开发方略,进行厂初步探索。
This paper starts with the analysis of renewable resource structure in 619 counties in red hilly area in southern China. Through Weaver combination, index calculation and corresponding economic evaluation of land development, using GIS technology reveals the combination types and management characteristics of land utilization in this area. Through the numerical analysis and regional comparison of several major productivity indicators of natural resources such as light, temperature, water, soil and natural resources, the strategic potential and potentiality of natural production potential in this area, grain production in cultivated land and the contribution of biological products in the country have been evaluated Advantages and development benefits. Finally, based on the present evolution characteristics and the future development trend of the top ten industrial economy in rural areas, this paper conducts a preliminary exploration on the coordinated development strategy of natural resources in this suburb with the new industrial system.
