利用极性橡胶和高吸水性材料,通过橡塑共混的方法研制出KD快速堵漏材料,该材料成功地应用于水库、涵洞、堤坝等水利工程中硬体部分的快速堵漏。实验研究了硫化体系、橡胶交联密度、吸水材料的粒径及用量等对快速堵漏材料性能的影响。
Using polar rubber and superabsorbent materials, KD rapid plugging material was developed through the rubber-plastic blending method. This material has been successfully applied to the rapid plugging of hardware in hydraulic engineering such as reservoirs, culverts and dams. The effects of vulcanization system, cross-linking density of rubber, particle size and dosage of water-absorbing material on the performance of rapid plugging material were studied experimentally.
