农民中等学历教育作为新型农民培养的重要组成部分,对提高农村劳动者综合素质、实现新农村建设的目标起着极其重要的作用。班级是农民培训的重要组织形式,建立凝聚力强的农民培训班集体是赢得农民认可、提高培训质量的主要手段之一。心理学家Sherif的实验说明班级活动能增强班级凝聚力,本文以此为理论依据,通过分析农民培训班级缺乏凝聚力的原因,探讨农民中专班班级凝聚力的形成过程,并在实践基础上提出相应班级活动方案。 As an important part of cultivating a new type of farmer, secondary education for peasants plays an extremely important role in improving the overall quality of rural laborers and realizing the goal of building a new socialist countryside. Class is an important form of organization for peasant training. Establishing a cohesive group of peasant training classes is one of the major means of winning the recognition of peasants and improving the quality of training. The experiment of psychologist Sherif shows that the class activities can enhance the class cohesion. Based on this, this paper analyzes the formation of the class cohesion in peasant secondary schools by analyzing the reasons of the lack of cohesion of peasant training classes, and puts forward the corresponding class Programme of activities.
