塔里木盆地位于新疆南部,是我国最大的含油气沉积盆地,总面积56万平方千米。塔里木盆地具有丰富的油气资源,经过两轮资源评价,油气总资源量191亿吨.其中石油107.6亿吨,天然气8.39万亿立方米,与松辽盆地、渤海湾盆地并列为全国三大含油气盆地,被中外地质家称为中国石油战略接替地区。 80年代末期,党中央、国务院准确把握石油工业战略发展格局,做出了石油工业“稳定东部,发展西部”的重大部署,于1989年4月成立了塔里木石油勘探开发指挥部,奏响了西部大开发的序曲。江泽民总书记两次题词:“加快塔里木石油勘探开发,为实现国民经济持续稳定发展做出更大贡献。” 塔里木油田13年会战取得了世人瞩目的成就。 ——油气勘探开发取得重大突破。共投入勘探资金192亿元,180口探井获工业油气流,探井成功率42％。探明石油储量3.2亿吨,天然气储量5580亿立方米,三级油气当量15.56亿吨。探明24个油气田,形成轮南、东河、塔中、哈得4个油气田群和库车-塔北、巴楚-塔西南两个天然气富集区。已投入开发了11个油田,建成了轮南、东河、塔中、牙哈、哈得、柯克亚六个油气生产处理基地。原油产量逐年大幅上升,由1989年的3.4万吨上升到2001年的472.63万吨,今年将产油505万吨。塔里木油田平均单井
Tarim Basin is located in southern Xinjiang, is China’s largest oil and gas deposition basin, with a total area of 560,000 square kilometers.
