经济制度是我国宪法规定的基本内容之一。经济制度特别是基本经济制度既与日益发展的生产力、不断变革的生产关系之间存在天然的联系,又与国家的政治、经济体制的改革密切相关。改革开放要求宪法就经济制度作出适当规定,事实上,经济制度也是宪法历次修改、修正中的重要内容。改革开放30年,随着经济全球化的发展,我国宪法也有了重要发展,在经济制度方面也不断地发展完善,实现了由计划经济向市场经济的转变,确立了公有制经济的主体地位,对非公有制经济的认识不断深化。 Economic system is one of the basic contents of the constitutional provisions of our country.
