既往研究显示,粘膜刺激所触发的小肠蠕动反射由肠粘膜的肠嗜铬细胞释放的5-HT所介导;5-HT作用于大鼠和人 类的5-HT_4受体以及豚鼠的5-HT_3及5-HT_4受体,激活释放降钙素基因相关肽的感觉神经元。此研究中利用分离的豚鼠结肠片断,研究了选择性5-HT_4受体激动剂HTF919、R093877以及选择性5-HT_3、5_HT_4受体拮抗剂LY278584、GR113808A在结肠推进运动中的作用。
Previous studies have shown that peristalsis triggered by mucosal stimulation is mediated by 5-HT released by enterochromaffin cells of intestinal mucosa; 5-HT is induced by 5-HT in rat and human 5-HT_4 receptors and in guinea pig 5-HT_3 And 5-HT_4 receptors, activating sensory neurons that release calcitonin gene-related peptide. In this study, the effects of selective 5-HT 4 receptor agonists HTF919, R093877 and selective 5-HT_3,5_HT_4 receptor antagonists LY278584 and GR113808A on colonic propulsion were investigated using isolated guinea pig colon sections.
