荜茇明碱是从胡椒科植物中分离出的天然生物碱(酰胺类),具有多种药理作用。通过收集总结近20年来有关荜茇明碱的研究文献,总结其作用靶点,将明确的作用靶点提交到Cytoscape、Bingo等生物信息学分析软件中进行下一步文本挖掘,以预测其可能的生物学功能及相关靶基因。分析结果显示荜茇明碱对多种实体肿瘤及血液病均具有抑制作用,其作用机制主要包括血管生成转移、活性氧簇(ROS)、DNA损伤、诱导细胞凋亡、阻止细胞周期、逆转肿瘤细胞耐药6个方面。通过采用Cytoscape、Bingo等软件进行深入文献挖掘后发现,其抗肿瘤潜能主要涉及78个基因,包含4个主要的分子模块,其潜在靶基因指向可能与核酸变化以及细胞压力处理过程有关。以上分析结果将为荜茇明碱抗肿瘤作用的进一步研究提供新的研究方向。
Smilagen alkali is a natural alkaloid (amide) isolated from pepper plants and has a variety of pharmacological effects. The results showed that smelt alkaloids on a variety of solid tumors and hematological diseases have an inhibitory effect, its mechanism of action mainly includes angiogenesis, reactive oxygen species (ROS), DNA damage, induce apoptosis, prevent cell cycle, reverse the tumor 6 aspects of cell resistance. After in-depth literature mining using software such as Cytoscape and Bingo, the anti-tumor potential mainly involves 78 genes, including four major molecular modules. The potential target genes may be related to nucleic acid changes and cell stress processes. The above analysis results will provide a new research direction for the further study of antitumor effect of mitoxantrone.
