国内外跳汰机排料等自动控制主要依赖床层厚度传感器。我国绝大多数跳汰机是混合入洗,煤质状况等常发生剧烈变化。单一的床层厚度传感器,只能在其状态较稳定时才能较准确地反映厚度变化信息,而对床层状态的变化却一无所知。跳汰机的自动控制性能很大程度取决于床层状态传感器,而对此类传感器的研究到目前国内外尚未见实例及文献发表
Automatic control of jig discharge at home and abroad rely mainly on the bed thickness sensor. The vast majority of jig in our country is mixed into the wash, the situation of coal quality and other changes often occur. A single bed thickness sensor can only reflect the thickness change information more accurately when its state is stable, but it knows nothing about the state of the bed. The automatic control performance of the jig largely depends on the bed state sensor, and the research on this kind of sensor has not been seen at home and abroad
