本文探讨7KW—450KW 范围内的高速柴油机的近代技术发展。阐述了“最终用户”提出的技术要求是柴油机技术发展的依据。说明了这些技术要求本身具有的相互制约性,以及它们与零部件、材质和工艺等的技术发展密切相关。按照当前柴油机技术的发展趋势,文中略析了燃烧室、增压技术和隔热技术的发展;论述了提高扭矩储备、排气净化、降低噪声和燃用多种燃料等近代技术;重点介绍了国外最近发展起来的柴油机电子控制技术。最后作者提出了我国柴油机工业十年内技术发展的六个重点研究项目的建议。
This article explores the recent technological developments of high-speed diesel engines in the 7kW-450kW range. The technical requirement of “end user” is expounded on the basis of the development of diesel engine technology. The technical requirements of each of these have their own mutual constraints, as well as their components, materials and technology are closely related to the technological development. According to the current development trend of diesel engine technology, the development of combustion chamber, pressurization technology and heat insulation technology are briefly analyzed. Modern technologies such as torque reserve improvement, exhaust gas purification, noise reduction and fuel combustion are discussed. The recently developed foreign diesel electronic control technology. Finally, the author put forward the suggestions of six key research projects on the technical development of China’s diesel engine industry within a decade.
