目的:观察祛瘀汤在降低药物流产不全流产率、缩短阴道出血时间等方面的临床疗效。方法:将60例患者随机分为2组,对照组30例常规服用药流药物,治疗组30例在对照组治疗基础上加服祛瘀汤,胎囊排出后继服5天。结果:2组完全流产率、阴道出血时间、阴道出血量、尿HCG转阴率比较,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组;2组月经恢复时间无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:祛瘀汤能降低药物流产不全流产率、缩短阴道出血时间、减少出血量,且对月经的恢复无不良影响。
Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of Quyu decoction in reducing the abortion rate of incomplete abortion and shortening the vaginal bleeding time. Methods: Sixty patients were randomly divided into two groups. The control group, 30 patients were routinely treated with drug-eluting drugs. Thirty patients in the treatment group were given the stasis-removing soup on the basis of the control group. Results: The complete abortion rate, vaginal bleeding time, vaginal bleeding volume and urinary HCG negative rate in the two groups were significantly different (P <0.05), and the curative effect in the treatment group was better than that in the control group. There was no significant difference between the two groups Difference (P> 0.05). Conclusion: Quyu Decoction can reduce incomplete abortion rate of medical abortion, shorten the time of vaginal bleeding, reduce the amount of bleeding, and no adverse effects on the recovery of menstruation.
