目的探讨流行性喘憋性肺炎(简称流喘肺炎)与散发肺炎呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV)分离株F蛋白的异同。方法采用PCR片段直接测序及克隆测序,对11株流喘肺炎RSV分离株及5株散发肺炎RSV分离株F蛋白基因序列进行了分析比较。结果被检测流喘肺炎RSV分离株中,36%(4/11)的毒株其F蛋白基因3′非编码区(3′NCR)(第1741位核苷酸)存在6个核苷酸插入,而散发肺炎RSV分离株均无此插入存在。结论RSV流喘肺炎分离株与散发肺炎分离株F蛋白基因的3′NCR有差异。
Objective To explore the similarities and differences between Fusarium pneumoniae pneumonia and respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) isolates. Methods The sequence of F protein gene of 11 isolates of RSV pneumonia and 5 isolates of RSV isolates from pneumonia were analyzed by direct sequencing and cloning sequencing of PCR fragments. Results 36% (4/11) of the RSV isolates of asthmatic pneumonia were found to have 6 nucleotides in the 3 ’non-coding region (3’-NCR) of the F protein gene (nucleotide 1741) Insertion, and pneumococcal RSV isolates were present without this insertion. Conclusion There is a difference in 3’NCR between RSV influenza pneumonia isolates and F protein gene of pneumococcal isolates.
