目的探讨99mTc-植酸钠骨髓显像在再生障碍性贫血(AA)诊断及鉴别诊断上的价值。方法65例经临床确诊的AA患者静脉注射99mTc-植酸钠后30min后,行全身骨髓前、后位显像。结果19例患者(29.2%)外周骨髓未见明显的放射性分布,中央骨髓放射性分布明显下降;40例患者(61.5%)表现为外周及中央骨髓放射性分布呈不同程度的减低,伴或不伴有局灶性浓聚灶,总的诊断符合率达到(90.7%)。其中3例患者显示脾脏轻度肿大,6例患者骨髓显像未见明显异常。结论99mTc-植酸钠骨髓显像不仅可以帮助诊断AA,而且对其疗效及预后判断均有重要的临床价值。
Objective To investigate the value of 99mTc-sodium phytate bone marrow imaging in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of aplastic anemia (AA). Methods Thirty-five patients with clinically diagnosed AA were injected with 99mTc-sodium phytate 30 minutes after the intravenous injection. Results No significant radioactivity was found in peripheral bone marrow of 19 patients (29.2%), and the radioactivity distribution of central bone marrow was significantly decreased. Forty patients (61.5%) showed varying degrees of peripheral and central bone marrow radioactivity distribution with or without Focal focal lesions, the total diagnostic accuracy (90.7%). Three of the patients showed slight splenomegaly and no obvious abnormality in bone marrow imaging of 6 patients. Conclusion 99mTc-sodium phytate bone marrow imaging can not only help diagnose AA, but also have important clinical value for its curative effect and prognosis.
