目的识别、分析、评价某企业大型洗选成套关键装备建设项目可能产生的职业病危害因素,提出相应的防护对策与措施,防治和控制职业病的发生。方法采用检查表分析法、类比法和经验法进行评价。结果该项目在生产过程中可能产生的职业病危害因素主要有金属粉尘、磨尘或矽尘、电焊烟尘;锰及其无机化合物、苯、甲苯、二甲苯、氢氧化物、丙烷、一氧化碳、、二氧化碳、二氧化氮、臭氧、氟化氢、氟化物、氢氧化钠;噪声、高温、热辐射、紫外辐射、手臂振动、不良气象条件、不良采光照明。结论该项目属于职业病危害严重的建设项目,在生产过程中可能产生的职业病危害是可以预防的,从职业卫生角度分析该项目可以实施。
Objective To identify, analyze and evaluate the possible occupational hazards that may arise from the construction of key equipment projects for a large-scale washing and dressing plant in a certain enterprise, put forward appropriate countermeasures and measures for prevention and control of occupational diseases. Methods Checklist analysis, analogy and experience were used to evaluate. Results The main risk factors of occupational diseases in the production process are metal dust, dust or silica dust, electric welding dust, manganese and its inorganic compounds, benzene, toluene, xylene, hydroxide, propane, carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide , Nitrogen dioxide, ozone, hydrogen fluoride, fluoride, sodium hydroxide; noise, high temperature, heat radiation, UV radiation, arm vibration, bad weather conditions, poor lighting lighting. Conclusion The project belongs to the construction projects with serious occupational hazards. The occupational hazards that may occur during the production process can be prevented. From the perspective of occupational health, the project can be implemented.
