通常环境水样或电镀液中微量阴离子表面活性剂的测定都采用萃取光度法,这些方法都需要用有机溶剂萃取,比较繁琐而且毒性较大。本文提出了用维多利亚蓝B作显色剂,在磷酸介质中以聚乙烯醇作增溶剂,测定微量阴离子表面活性剂的方法。对十二烷基硫酸钠来说,络合物最大吸收峰为555nm,符合比尔定律的范围是1-60μg/25mL,表观摩尔吸光系数为1.57×10~4l/mol·cm。用此法可直接在水相中测定河水及电镀液中微量阴离子表面活性剂,结果满意。
Usually ambient water samples or electroplating solution trace anionic surfactants are measured by extraction spectrophotometry, these methods require the use of organic solvent extraction, more cumbersome and more toxic. In this paper, a method for the determination of trace anionic surfactants by using Victoria Blue B as a color former and polyvinyl alcohol as a solubilizer in a phosphoric acid medium is proposed. For sodium dodecyl sulfate, the maximum absorption peak of the complex is 555 nm, which is within the range of 1-60 μg / 25 mL according to Bill’s law. The apparent molar absorptivity is 1.57 × 10 -4 l / mol · cm. This method can be directly measured in the water phase trace anionic surfactant in water and electroplating solution, with satisfactory results.
