It is stated by the National Pilot School of Software at Harbin Institute of Tecnnology(HIT-NPSS) that the bachelor students intship and final project last for one year.During this period the students practice in the intship companies for 10 months and then ret to the school to finish their graduation thesis and the oral defense.The processes of the intship and final project are in very close connection and controlled by a series of strict rules and regulations,and effective quality control system.This paper describes the relationship among the intship,final project and graduation thesis,and discusses the practical experience of the process management of the entire bachelor students final project in detail.
