随着人民生活水平不断提高,我国城镇居民选择外出就餐的比例也在逐年递增,于是餐饮企业摇身变成为国民经济增长的生力军。然而,外出就餐给城镇居民享受美食美味的同时,也给他们的营养与健康状况带来许多严重的问题,餐馆就餐的人,却膳食能量摄入显著高于在家吃饭的人;经常或长期在外就餐者,体脂含量比很少在外就餐者明显增加,故而经常在餐馆就餐者很容易成为肥胖、心脑血管疾病、糖尿病、高血压和高血脂等慢性疾病的重点对象。那么,真正的现代健康餐饮到底缺少什么?什么样的饮食才能使人们身体更加健康?
