输卵管妊娠中绝多在三个月以内,但我院曾遇一例39天输卵管妊娠破裂者,这在临床上是颇为罕见的,故扼要报告如下: 陈某,28岁,某大学学生。因阴道流血19天,剧烈腹痛12小时于1977年12月9日急诊入院。患者于12月8日夜22时许突然下腹痛,并进行性加重,伴有恶心、呕吐、头昏等症状,有便意,于次日晨4时大便回寝室后昏厥在地。当即由校卫生所医生予以抢救。据称,当时血压即测不到,注射300ml葡萄糖后,略清醒,血压上升至60/20mmHg。于当日10时送来我院。月经史正常;同年10月30日结婚,婚后三天夫妇分居;末次月经为同年10月18日。查体:急性重病容,精神萎糜,表情淡漠;
