随着国家经济的快速发展,国家的社会整体水平也在上升,以政府来供给图书馆图书的单一方式已经无法满足人民群众的精神文化需求,也无法适应社会发展的需要,所以在图书馆的建设中社会力量也参与图书馆的建设。社会力量参与图书馆建设有很多种途径和方式,对于这种参与图书馆建设的方式也要有相应的制度和保障,使这种方式更能够规范化、保障化、普遍化。本文就社会力量参与图书馆建设制度保障进行探析。
With the rapid development of the national economy, the overall social level of the country is also on the rise. The single method of providing library books by the government has failed to meet the spiritual and cultural needs of the masses and can not meet the needs of social development. Therefore, Social forces in construction also participate in the construction of the library. There are many ways and means for the social forces to participate in the construction of the library, and the corresponding systems and guarantees for the way of participating in the construction of the library should make it more standardized, guaranteed and universal. This article analyzes the social forces to participate in the system of library building security.
