白藜芦醇低聚物是单体在生物酶作用下相互偶合而形成的一类多酚化合物,从生源途径出发的仿生合成法在过去30多年得到了广泛研究,近年来,应用各种新颖的高化学选择性的串联反应来构建此类低聚物的复杂结构已成为一个新的研究热点,目前多数集中于消旋物的化学合成,不对称合成研究才刚刚起步.介绍了近7年来国内外有关白藜芦醇低聚物的化学合成方法,并对目前研究中存在的问题和今后发展方向进行了探讨.
