以废弃的甘蔗皮作为原材料,在476℃下炭化制备活性炭,以空气为载气的氛围中用SHMADZU DTG-60差热热重分析仪得到甘蔗皮的最佳热解温度为476℃。通过单因素试验探讨炭化甘蔗皮对铜离子Cu2+吸附的特点,结果表明,在初始浓度为160mg/L,投炭量为1g,温度为25℃的情况下反应1h,炭化甘蔗皮对Cu2+吸附效果最好,此时去除率高达97.27%。该吸附更满足Langmuir等温式,拟合参数高达0.986;准二级动力学更好地描述了该过程,拟合参数均大于0.998,以内扩散为主。
The waste sugar cane bark was used as the raw material to carbonize at 476 ℃ to prepare the activated carbon. The optimal pyrolysis temperature of the sugar cane husk was 476 ℃ with SHMADZU DTG-60 DTA analyzer under air as carrier gas. The characteristics of Cu2 + adsorption on carbonized sugar cane husks were investigated by single factor test. The results showed that the adsorption of Cu2 + by carbonized sugar cane husk could be achieved under the conditions of initial concentration of 160mg / L, carbon content of 1g and temperature of 25 ℃ for 1h. Best, at this time the removal rate as high as 97.27%. The adsorption more satisfied the Langmuir isothermal equation, fitting parameters up to 0.986; quasi-second order kinetics better describe the process, the fitting parameters are greater than 0.998, mainly within the diffusion.
