随着信息化社会发展和学习自主概念的提出,现代教学对外语教师提出了更高的要求,于是教师自主(teacher autonomy)成为学术界又一关注的焦点。教师自主涵盖“职业行为”和“职业发展”两个层面,教师只有在教学和专业两方面不断地充实自身才能跟上教学信息技术的发展步伐,才能推进学生自主的实现。重点研究现阶段大学英语教学过程中教学型高校英语教师的自主现状及一线大学英语教师对信息化教学的适应性。
With the development of information society and the concept of learning autonomy, modern teaching has put forward higher requirements on foreign language teachers. Therefore, teacher autonomy has become another focus of academia. Teachers can independently cover the two aspects of “professional behavior ” and “career development ”, teachers can only keep pace with the development of teaching information technology only in the aspects of teaching and professional. Focus on the present stage of college English teaching process teaching English autonomy of college teachers and the first-line college English teachers to adapt to the information technology.
