目的建立顺铂诱导的贵州小型猪急性肾功能衰竭模型。方法将贵州小型猪随机分为对照组和模型组。以4 mg/kg顺铂一次性腹腔注射,膀胱插管收集尿液,动态观察顺铂处理前后第0、1、3、6、24、48、96 h时段小型猪的尿量,检测尿中肌酐及尿素氮浓度,计算各时段肌酐和尿素氮的排出量。结果与对照组比较,模型组尿量和尿中肌酐、尿素氮的排出量显著减少。结论经顺铂4 mg/kg处理能复制出典型的贵州小型猪急性肾功能衰竭模型。
Objective To establish a model of acute renal failure induced by cisplatin in Guizhou miniature pigs. Methods Guizhou miniature pigs were randomly divided into control group and model group. Urine was collected by a single intraperitoneal injection of 4 mg / kg cisplatin and bladder intubation. The urine volume of mini-pigs at 0, 1, 3, 6, 24, 48 and 96 h before and after cisplatin treatment was measured. Creatinine and urea nitrogen concentration, calculate the time of creatinine and urea nitrogen emissions. Results Compared with the control group, the excretion of creatinine and urea nitrogen in the model group was significantly decreased. Conclusion Cisplatin 4 mg / kg can replicate typical Guizhou miniature pig acute renal failure model.
