观察莪术油微球对犬呼吸、血压、心电的影响 ,探索该制剂介入用药安全性。麻醉犬经肝动脉介入莪术油微球 (0 .1 0 g/只和0 .0 3 g/只 ) ,并设明胶微球及莪术油作比较 ,有关指标的变化在六导生理记录仪上记录。结果显示 ,莪术油微球、明胶微球对犬上述指标影响不明显 (P >0 .0 5) ;随着观察时间的延长 ,莪术油(6.4 μL/kg)介入有减慢动物呼吸频率的趋势 ,但无统计学意义 (P >0 .0 5)。说明肝动脉介入莪术油微球对犬呼吸、血压、心电无明显影响 ,提示莪术油微球肝动脉介入主要在局部起作用 ,对全身副作用小。
Observed the effect of Zedoary oil microspheres on the respiration, blood pressure, and electrocardiogram of dogs, and explored the safety of interventions for this preparation. Anesthetized dogs were intrahepatic arterial injection of erythema oil microspheres (0.10 g/mouse and 0.03 g/mouse), and gelatin microspheres and Zedoary Turmeric oil were used for comparison. Changes in the parameters were recorded on a six-lead physiological recording instrument. recording. The results showed that the effects of zedoary turmeric oil microspheres and gelatin microspheres on the above indicators of dogs were not significant (P > 0.05); with the extension of observation time, zedoary oil (6.4 μL/kg) intervention slowed the respiratory rate of animals. The results showed that the hepatic arterial injection of erysipelas oil microspheres had no significant effect on the respiration, blood pressure, and electrocardiogram of the dogs, suggesting that the hepatic arterial intervention of Zedoary oil microspheres mainly plays a role locally and has little side effects on the system.
