目的:摸清某300KV变电站职业病危害因素状况,对存在职业危害因素的岗位或工种提出控制措施。方法:对变电站生产岗位或工种存在的职业病危害因素进行现场调查和检测。结果:生产过程中产生或存在的职业病危害因素主要有噪声、电场强度等。各岗位、各工种、各设备电场强度和噪声强度均符合国家职业卫生限值标准。最大噪声强度68dB(A),最小噪声强度46dB(A),平均57dB(A)。最大电场强度120(v/m),最小电场强度1(v/m)。结论:某变电站作业岗位或工种对场强和噪声危害因素的控制措施还不完善,应改善作业环境,加强个人防护,保护劳动者健康。
Objective: To find out the status of occupational hazards in a 300KV substation and to put forward control measures for occupations or occupations that have occupational hazards. Methods: Conduct on-site investigation and testing on occupational hazards existing in substation production jobs or work types. Results: The main hazards of occupational diseases that occur or exist in the production process are noise, electric field strength and so on. All positions, all kinds of work, the electric field strength and noise intensity of the equipment are in line with the national occupational health standards. The maximum noise intensity of 68dB (A), the minimum noise intensity of 46dB (A), an average of 57dB (A). CONCLUSION: The control measures of field strength and noise hazards in a substation job or trainee are not perfect. Work environment should be improved, personal protection should be strengthened, and labors’ health should be protected.
