目的:摸清某纺织品公司职业卫生状况,对超标岗位或工种提出控制措施。方法:对纺织品公司生产岗位或工种存在的职业病危害因素进行现场调查和检测。结果:精梳、并条、粗纱、梳棉、细沙、精纺岗位作业工人接触粉尘总尘浓度不符合国家职业卫生限值标准;对工作场所内8个工段,21个岗位或工种进行噪声检测,最大声强93.0dB(A),最小声强82.4dB(A),平均85.7dB(A),其中17个岗位或工种不合格,合格率19.05%。结论:某纺织品公司作业岗位或工种接触粉尘和噪声危害因素合格率较低,应该改善作业环境,加强个人防护,保护劳动者健康。
Objective: To find out the status of occupational health in a textile company, and to put forward control measures for exceeding the standard of job or job. Methods: Conduct on-site investigation and testing on occupational hazards existing in the production positions or types of textile companies.
