With the emergence of new immunological theories and immunological detection methods, immunotoxicology has achieved rapid development. Now, immunotoxicology is not only a subject for evaluating the damage of chemicals to the immune system, but also the relationship between immune dysfunction and increased incidence of tumors has attracted attention. Studies have shown that many chemicals can induce tumors by disrupting immune surveillance. In recent years, the functions of K cells and NK cells, especially their role in anti-tumor immunity, have received extensive attention.
