角膜感觉仪的研制和临床应用开创了角膜感觉定量研究的新时代。角膜感觉仪的研制进展有3个重要的标志:第一是Frey等(1894)的毛发式角膜感觉仪的出现,第二是Boberg-Ans等(1955)的有推进器和有刻度的角膜感觉仪的研制;第三是近二十年Larson、Dreager等引用现代技术制作的机械的、磁力的以及光电式角膜感觉仪。角膜感觉阈值至今缺乏统一指标。角膜感觉仪可广泛应用于角膜炎、手术、角膜接触镜、角膜代谢、角膜麻醉、青光眼等方面的研究。
The development and clinical application of corneal sensor create a new era of quantitative study of corneal sensitivity. There are three important hallmarks of the development of corneal sensation: the first is the appearance of a hair-style keratometer by Frey et al. (1894), and the second is the propulsive and graduated corneal sensation of Boberg-Ans et al. (1955) Instrument development; third is nearly two decades Larson, Dreager and other references to modern technology made of mechanical, magnetic and photoelectric keratometer. Corneal sensation threshold so far lack of uniform indicators. Corneal sensor can be widely used in keratitis, surgery, contact lenses, corneal metabolism, corneal anesthesia, glaucoma and other aspects of research.
