以氦-氩混合气体为保护气氛,外加纵向交直流磁场,采用正交试验方法,对AZ31+1%Ce+1%Sb镁合金板材进行了气体保护钨极电弧焊工艺参数的优化。结果表明:焊接电流对焊接质量影响最大,焊接速度次之,外加交流磁场电压影响最小。获得良好焊逢的最佳参数为:焊接电流75A,焊接速度15cm/min,外加交流磁场电压18V,喷嘴直径7mm,钨极直径2.5mm,电弧长度2.5~4mm,保护气配比为50%He+50%Ar,流量150mL/s。可得到外观成形性良好、平均显微硬度69HV0.1、抗拉强度220N/mm2的焊接接头,满足工业生产的需要。
The helium-argon mixed gas was used as the protective atmosphere, and the longitudinal AC and DC magnetic fields were applied. The parameters of the gas tungsten arc welding process for AZ31 + 1% Ce + 1% Sb magnesium alloy were optimized by orthogonal test. The results show that the welding current has the greatest influence on the welding quality, the welding speed is the second, and the AC magnetic field voltage has the least influence. The best parameters for good welding are: welding current 75A, welding speed 15cm / min, AC voltage 18V, nozzle diameter 7mm, tungsten diameter 2.5mm, arc length 2.5 ~ 4mm, shield gas ratio 50% He + 50% Ar, flow 150mL / s. Can get good appearance formability, the average microhardness 69HV0.1, tensile strength of 220N / mm2 welded joints to meet the needs of industrial production.
