目的:研究D101大孔吸附树脂富集、纯化茅莓总皂苷的工艺条件及参数。方法:以茅莓总皂苷的洗脱率和纯度为考察指标,研究大孔吸附树脂富集、纯化茅莓总皂苷的吸附性能和洗脱参数。结果:茅莓提取液上大孔吸附树脂柱,用不同体积分数的乙醇依次洗脱,茅莓总皂苷富集于40%乙醇洗脱液部分。结论:通过大孔吸附树脂富集、纯化后,茅莓总皂苷的洗脱率在75.4%以上,总固物中茅莓总皂苷含量可达64.4%。
Objective: To study the technological conditions and parameters of enrichment and purification of total saponins of Maohua by D101 macroporous adsorption resin. Methods: The elution rate and purity of the total saponins of raspberry were used as indexes to study the adsorption and elution parameters of the total saponins of Macleaf via the macroporous adsorption resin. Results: The macroporous resin column of Mao raspberry extract was eluted with different volumes of ethanol, and the total saponins from raspberry was enriched in 40% ethanol eluent fraction. Conclusion: After the macroporous adsorption resin was used for enrichment and purification, the elution rate of total saponins was over 75.4%, and the total saponins content of total ramie was 64.4%.
