应用细胞内记录技术 ,观察了缩宫素 ( OXT,1 0 -8~ 1 0 -5mol/ L)对 2~ 3周龄大鼠背根神经节神经元的作用。在受检的 92个细胞中 ,有 71个神经元滴加缩宫素产生明显的超极化反应。在滴加 1 0 -5mol/ L缩宫素后 ,膜电导由平均的 3.68× 1 0 -7S增加约 2 1 .43%。灌流平衡液中的 Na Cl以氯化胆碱置代或用 Cd2 +阻断Ca2 +通道后 ,OXT引起超极化反应的幅值无明显变化。当灌流平衡液中含 1 0 -2 mol/ L四乙基碘化铵后 ,OXT引起的超极化反应幅值明显减小。
The effects of oxytocin (OXT, 10 -8 ~ 10 -5 mol / L) on the dorsal root ganglion neurons in 2 ~ 3 weeks old rats were observed by intracellular recording technique. Of the 92 cells tested, 71 neurons were treated with oxytocin to produce significant hyperpolarization. After dropping 10 ~ 5mol / L oxytocin, the membrane conductance increased by about 21.43% from 3.68 × 10 -7 S on average. The amplitude of hyperpolarization reaction induced by OXT did not change significantly after NaCl in perfusion balance solution was replaced by choline chloride or by Ca2 + channel with Cd2 +. When the perfusate equilibrated with 1 0-2 mol / L tetraethylammonium iodide, the amplitude of the hyperpolarized reaction induced by OXT decreased significantly.
