士官任职教育是以培养士官岗位任职能力为核心的军事教育,士官人才的岗位任职特点要求士官任职教育要突出实践能力的培养。实践性教学能深化和巩固学员所学理论知识,提高学员综合运用知识的实际能力,在士官任职教育中发挥着重要的作用。本文针对士官任职教育中存在的问题,分析了实践性教学的作用,并探讨了创新科学合理的实践性教学方法的对策。
The education of non-commissioned officers is based on the training of non-commissioned officers as the core of military education, and the qualifications of non-commissioned officers require that the education of non-commissioned officers should emphasize the training of practical ability. Practical teaching can deepen and consolidate the theoretical knowledge of students and enhance the practical ability of students to comprehensively use knowledge, and play an important role in the education of non-commissioned officers. This article aims at the problems existing in the education of noncommissioned officers, analyzes the role of practical teaching, and discusses the countermeasures to innovate scientific and practical teaching methods.
