连续几年的财政赤字,对市场货币流通量、乃至对整个国民经济的发展影响颇大。本文拟探讨预算在宏观经济调节中的作用,同时指出赤字预算的危害,并提出应该采取的措施。
The fiscal deficits for several years have a huge impact on the market liquidity and even the development of the entire national economy. This article intends to explore the role of the budget in macroeconomic regulation, at the same time points out the dangers of the deficit budget and puts forward the measures that should be taken.
