报道了合成气在自制的(Mo 含量为20—100%)MoS_2/Al_2O_3催化剂上、于300—550℃范围内常压甲烷化的规律性。证明在H_2/CO 很宽的范围内,反应按2CO+2H_2=CH_4+CO_2的化学计量关系进行。没有观察到CO 歧化反应的发生。和工业Ni 催化剂作了比较,解释了在这两类催化剂上出现的不同规律性。氧吸附量和X 射线衍射分析表明,反应引起了活性比表面的下降和晶粒长大。
The regularity of syngas gasification at 300-550 ℃ in the presence of self-made MoS 2 / Al 2 O 3 catalyst (Mo content 20-100%) was reported. It is proved that the reaction is carried out according to the stoichiometry of 2CO + 2H_2 = CH_4 + CO_2 within a wide range of H 2 / CO. No CO disproportionation was observed. Compared with industrial Ni catalysts, the different regularities appearing on these two types of catalysts are explained. The amount of oxygen adsorption and X-ray diffraction analysis showed that the reaction caused a decrease in activity over the surface and grain growth.
