我院自1994年～1998年间共收治红斑狼疮213例,其中:狼疮肾炎90例,为住院病人,其诊断均符合1982年美国风湿病协会(ARA)系统性红斑狼疮、狼疮肾炎的诊断标准,确诊并发霉菌感染30例,现将分析、治疗结果介绍如下: 1 临床资料 1.1 一般资料:30例中,男3例,女17例,年龄15～43岁,平均年龄25岁,30岁以下23例占总发病率76％。并发霉菌性口腔炎22例占73％;霉菌性阴道炎、尿路感染5例占16.7％;肺部霉菌感染2例占6.7％;脾脏霉菌感染1例占3％;其它霉菌感染因资料收集不全未进行统计。
