在氧-乙炔火焰手工切割过程中,由于钢板局部受热造成气割件的变形,往住给校形工作带来很大困难,所以应采取一定的强制措施,以控制变形或减少变形。今年我厂承担圆料仓生产任务,其中有一滑块架(如图1),为两相同圆弧件拼焊而成,由于圆弧半径为2320毫米,工件厚度30毫来,气割下料时肯定变形较大。我们采用了控制切割先后顺序,强制工件不变形的方法,如图2所示。此弧形件先割外圈,后割内圈,标有序号①至⑥各点位置不割,等整个工件冷却后,再把标有序号的部位割开,此法是利用了钢板本身未切割点对切割
