目的了解体育教师的健康状况,为改善和提高体育教师的健康水平,促进高校体育工作提供理论依据。方法采用问卷调查,数据统计,文献资料法。结果体育教师健康状况总体上是乐观的,但也存在一定的隐患,表现在亚健康症状、身体不良反应、职业疾病、运动损伤等方面。结论要从加强对教师的健康知识宣传、健康普查和心理辅导,以建立健康保障体系,改变教学模式、改善教学环境等几方面入手,提高体育教师的健康水平。
Objective To understand the health status of physical education teachers and to provide a theoretical basis for improving and improving the physical health of physical education teachers and promoting the physical education in colleges and universities.
