目的探讨低氧照射对正常组织的放射防护作用。材料与方法小鼠被X线全身照射后,通过睾丸中3类细胞染色体畸变细胞率来测定小鼠睾丸组织的损伤程度。结果当雄性小鼠在呼吸10.5%低氧混合气体时,3类细胞染色体畸变细胞率均低于呼吸空气组的染色体畸变细胞率。P<0.01,精原细胞的放射保护因数(RadiationProtectionFactor,RPF)=1.91;初级精母细胞RPF=1.53;次级精母细胞RPF=1.96。结论实验证实在呼吸10.5%低氧混合气体时,对雄性小鼠进行照射,可以保护小鼠的睾丸组织
Objective To investigate the radioprotective effect of hypoxic irradiation on normal tissues. MATERIALS AND METHODS Mice were subjected to X-ray whole body irradiation to determine the extent of damage to the testicular tissue of mice through the rate of chromosomal aberrations of the three types of cells in the testes. Results When the male mice were breathing 10.5% hypoxic mixed gas, the rates of chromosome aberration in the three types of cells were lower than those in the breathing air group. P <0.01, Radiation Protection Factor (RPF) of spermatogonia = 1.91; RPF of primary spermatocytes was 1.53; RPF of secondary spermatocytes was 1.96. Conclusion Experiments confirmed that breathing 10.5% hypoxia mixed gas, the male mice were irradiated, can protect the mouse testis
