目的探讨可吸收螺钉治疗儿童肱骨外髁骨折的方法及临床疗效。方法2001年至2006年,本院收治40例MilchⅠ和MilchⅡ型儿童肱骨髁上骨折的患儿,均采取切开复位、可吸收螺钉内固定术,并与55例采用传统金属钉(针)固定进行治疗的患儿进行疗效比较。结果40例均获随访,随访时间6~24个月。根据肘关节外观及功能进行疗效评价,其中优32例,良7例,差1例,优良率为97.5%,2例出现功能障碍。55例采用传统金属钉(针)固定的患儿优良率为96.8%,临床愈合时间延长,出现术后针道感染、愈合延迟、畸形愈合、断针或钢针滑脱等11例。结论可吸收螺钉用于儿童肱骨外髁骨折内固定方法简单,固定可靠,骨折断端紧密结合,骨折临床愈合时间缩短,疗效确切,是一种较好的内固定方法。
Objective To investigate the method and clinical efficacy of resorbable screws in the treatment of fractures of humeral lateral condyle in children. Methods From 2001 to 2006, 40 children with supracondylar humerus fractures of Milch I and Milch II children underwent open reduction and absorbable screw internal fixation, and were treated with 55 cases of traditional metal nail fixation The treatment of children for efficacy comparison. Results All 40 cases were followed up for 6-24 months. According to the appearance and function of the elbow, the curative effect was evaluated, among which 32 were excellent, 7 were good and 1 was poor. The excellent and good rate was 97.5%, and 2 patients had dysfunction. In 55 cases, the rate of excellent fixation was 96.8% in traditional metal nail fixation, and the clinical healing time was prolonged. There were 11 cases of postoperative needle pathology infection, delayed healing, malunion, broken needle or spondylolisthesis. Conclusion Absorbable screw is a good method for internal fixation of pedicle humeral condyle fracture in children. The fixation method is simple, reliable and reliable, and the fracture ends are closely combined. The fracture healing time is shortened and the curative effect is definite.
