动力学分析法是本世纪五十年代发展起来的一种新的分析方法,与其它分析方法相比有许多优点。因此,近年来国内外特别重视动力学分析法的研究并扩大了它们的应用范围。该法使用的仪器简单,容易操作且灵敏度很高(可达0.1ppb),尤其是对许多天然样品的分析,结果最佳。目前已在化工生产、环境保护、生物化学、临床化学和其它方面得到广泛应用。迄今文献中有关动力学法的论文仍旧主要是讨论金属的测定,但近年来国内外非金属的测定已引起高度重视。国外刊物上登载有关动力学法测定非金属的论文已有数百篇,国内也见报导。本文参考中外文献,列举实例重点论述动力学测定法的基本原理、仪器装置与实验技术,以便各单位得以应用
Kinetic analysis is a new analytical method developed in the 1950s, which has many advantages over other analytical methods. Therefore, in recent years, special attention has been paid to the study of dynamic analysis method both at home and abroad, and their application scope has been expanded. The instrument used in this method is simple, easy to operate and highly sensitive (up to 0.1 ppb), especially for many native samples, with the best results. Currently it has been widely used in chemical production, environmental protection, biochemistry, clinical chemistry and other aspects. So far, papers on kinetic methods in the literature still mainly discuss the determination of metals, but nonmetal determination at home and abroad has drawn great attention in recent years. Foreign publications published on the kinetic method of non-metallic papers have been published hundreds, also see the domestic. This article refers to the Chinese and foreign literature, enumerating the examples focusing on the basic principles of kinetic assay, instrumentation and experimental techniques for the various units to be applied
