早孕因子(Early pregnancy factor,缩写为EPF)是用玫瑰花抑制测验在早孕的母体血清中检出的一种免疫抑制因子。早在受精时,也即着床之前,EPF即已出现于母体血清中并可以被检出。EPF的发现以及对其特性的深入研究不仅有助于阐明早孕生理和某些节育方法的作用机理,而且在妇产科临床及家畜繁殖实践中均可以用EPF作为一种受精及妊娠维持的指征。本文仅就EPF的来源、特性以及深入研究EPF的理论和实践意义做一简单介绍。
